How I used Maroon Bush * Soak 50 grams or so of shredded Maroon Bush in 2 or 3 litres of water for a few hours or overnight * Bring water and "Bush" to a Simmer for about. 5 minutes * Pour “tea” off into a glass container and store in the fridge. Historically people, including myself, have used about 100 ml 3 times per day Please remember: People who chose to make a tea from their Maroon Bush in the past recognized that it was not a medically proven product, and that for them it may have had no therapeutic value whatsover. |
